BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Vo Nguyen Bao Tram has more than 15 years of experience in the legal profession, having held various positions within corporations and law firms.
She possesses extensive expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and internal compliance matters, dispute resolution, and litigation. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Tram has consistently leveraged her legal knowledge and practical experience to address clients’ needs effectively, providing valuable legal advice and commercially sound solutions.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
I. Corporate and Internal Governance Advisory
- Advised on legal matters arising from the equitization process of Vietnam Steel Corporation in relation to real estate projects owned by Southern Steel Corporation.
- Provided ongoing legal advisory services for multinational corporations, including Quickpack, Jinko, Metal One, Cargo, and other enterprises.
- Advised investors on dissolution and bankruptcy procedures for Southern Steel Plate Company Limited, including the identification and assessment of potential legal risks.
- Conducted legal due diligence on leased real estate assets for the expansion project of Jinko Solar (Vietnam) Industries Company Limited.
II. Dispute Resolution and Litigation
- Acted as authorized representative and assisted clients in negotiating and resolving contractual disputes arising from projects developed by Sun Group, Nova Group, and other major developers.
- Represented clients in administrative complaint proceedings relating to compensation and resettlement activities in the An Phu Urban Area Project developed by Saigon Real Estate Corporation.
- Acted as legal counsel and authorized representative for Phu Gia Thinh Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company in resolving disputes arising from various real estate projects.
- Represented and protected clients’ rights and interests in criminal proceedings involving charges of Fraudulent Appropriation of Property and Embezzlement occurring at National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB).
