Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa has more than 16 years of legal experience, focusing on civil litigation and dispute resolution in the areas of commercial business, land use rights, labor, and family matters.

Throughout her career, she has served as Head of Legal and Legal Director for major corporations and enterprises, while also representing and defending the lawful rights and interests of individuals, organizations, and businesses in numerous complex cases and disputes. I. Civil and Commercial Litigation

• Successfully represented and protected the lawful rights and interests of clients, including Agribank, Phytopharma, Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 579 (579 JSC), as well as numerous other enterprises, individuals, and households.
• Acted as authorized representative and legal advisor for clients during negotiations and dispute settlement processes involving contractual disputes in projects developed by Van Phu Invest, Cen Group, Hai Phat Group, and other real estate developers.

II. Criminal Litigation

• Represented and defended suspects and defendants throughout the investigation, prosecution, and trial stages in major criminal cases, including Illegal Gambling Organization and Gambling through the online platform “BONG88”, Deliberately Acting Against State Regulations on Economic Management Causing Serious Consequences at GPBank, and Fraudulent Appropriation of Property in Da Nang City…

III. Legal Compliance and Corporate Governance

• Led legal compliance and risk management functions, developed internal policies, procedures, and governance systems to ensure legal compliance and minimize operational risks for organizations including the Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority (HIZA), Bui Gia Furniture, Regal Group, PGT, Minh Dong, Vietnam S-Talent, and others.
