\n– Register to dissolve enterprises, suspend business; termination of operation of branches, representative offices and business locations shall be exempt from business registration fees.
\n– Enterprises registering enterprises via electronic networks are exempted from business registration fees.
\n– The state agency requests to provide information for state management free of charge for providing business information.
\n– Small and medium-sized enterprises converted from business households are exempted from business registration fees and fees for providing business information for the first time.
