{"id":13810,"date":"2021-04-06T01:34:58","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T01:34:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/forms-and-providing-business-registration-information-will-be-applied-from-may-1-2021"},"modified":"2021-07-27T04:42:21","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T04:42:21","slug":"forms-and-providing-business-registration-information-will-be-applied-from-may-1-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/forms-and-providing-business-registration-information-will-be-applied-from-may-1-2021","title":{"rendered":"Forms and providing business registration information will be applied from May 1, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recently, on March 16, 2021, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular 01\/2021\/TT-BKHDT guiding business registration, replacing Circular No. 20\/2015\/TT-BKHDT and Circular No. 02\/2019\/TT-BKHDT on business registration (&#8220;<\/span><b>Circular 01<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some highlights of Circular 01:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Forms applied in business registration activities:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Circular 01 stipulates that all 99 forms used in business registration and household business registration are used uniformly nationwide, previously, in Circular No. 02\/2019\/TT-BKHDT, there were only all 86 forms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2. Providing business registration information:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizations and individuals can request to be provided with information specified in Clause 1, Article 33 of the Law on Enterprises at the Ministry of Planning and Investment (Business Registration Support Center under the Department of Business Registration) either at the Business Registration Office where the enterprise is headquartered or through the National Business Registration Portal, and must pay a fee as prescribed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Registration Support Center is authorized to provide information of all businesses kept on the National Business Registration Information System.
