The Circular takes effect from 15th February, 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In which, there are provisions for a number of cases where the transferor of securities ownership is not required to conduct the securities depository before the transfer of ownership, specifically as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The securities ownership transferor is missing, dead, or has been residing overseas and cannot be contacted;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The issuing organization, the public company repurchases employees&#8217; shares according to the company&#8217;s regulations on issuing shares to employees; issuers, public companies buy back shares of officials and employees who are entitled to buy at preferential treatment in accordance with the law on equitization;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer of ownership under a court judgment or ruling, an arbitral award or a decision of a judgment enforcement agency;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer of ownership due to reorganization, dissolution of an enterprise, dissolution of a business household in which the transferor no longer exists due to completion of reorganization, enterprise dissolution, or household dissolution business.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 31, 2020, the Ministry of Finance issued Ci [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":14344,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13695","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-16"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/13695","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=13695"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/13695\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/14344"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13695"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=13695"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bizlawyer.vn\/zh-hans\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=13695"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
