d) Vi\u1ec7c v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m th\u1ea3i b\u1ecf l\u00e0 CTNH v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u01b0\u1ee3t qu\u00e1 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i \u0111i\u1ec3m a, b, c Kho\u1ea3n 3 \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n b\u1edfi \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb c\u00f3 Gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd CTNH ho\u1eb7c Gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p x\u1eed l\u00fd CTNH ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
